According to studies, Värska’s authentic mineral waters — Värska-4, Värska-5, and Värska-6 — have both anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties.
On the advice of the specialists who have drawn up the treatment plan, we have also included two visits to the water centre in the package, to add opportunities for water exercise and to improve the body’s exercise tolerance. A complete diet with a healthy choice of meals included in the package will help a tired body recover faster.

No procedures are performed on the day of arrival and on Sundays.
Unused package services will not be compensated.
If you arrive early and want to spend time at the Water Park before checking in,
