Värska Health Resort Centre house rules
CHECK IN:
Arrival at the hotel is according to the start time of your package. We offer early check-in according to availability, at a price of 10 €/each hour before the start time. A valid identification document must be presented when registering at the hotel. Identification documents are considered to be:
– Passport
– ID card
– Driver’s license
To register at the hotel, the person being accommodated is obliged to fill out a registration card. All registration cards must be filled out in legible handwriting and signed by the hotel guest. The hotel may refuse to admit a guest who does not fill out the registration form correctly.
THE HOTEL WILL NOT REGISTER:
– Persons whose behavior may disturb other hotel guests.
– Minors without an adult escort.
PAYMENT:
When registering at the hotel, the cost of the accommodation service must be paid according to the price list and the invoice provided. Additional services used during the accommodation period must be paid for no later than upon departure from the hotel. All major international credit and debit cards are accepted at our hotel.
CHECK OUT:
Please vacate the hotel room according to the end time of your package. When checking out of the hotel, you must return the room key, chip and pay for all services used.
SMOKING IN THE HOTEL:
Värska Health Resort Center hotels are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies of the hotels. Smoking is permitted only in designated rooms and areas. For smoking in a non-permitted area, the hotel staff has the right to fine the guest and the guest is obliged to pay the fine. The fine for smoking is 100 €.
PETS IN THE HOTEL:
Pets are not allowed in our hotels.
ENSURING PUBLIC ORDER:
All requirements for public order, maintaining peace and preventing pollution apply at the hotel. If public order is violated, the hotel will involve security personnel or call the police if necessary. The staff may ask the guest(s) to leave the hotel and its territory. In case of departure, the guest is obliged to pay for the booked accommodation and additional services ordered.
QUIET AT THE HOTEL:
Quiet at the hotel is in effect from 23:00 and lasts until 7:00. Violation of the quiet is understood as disturbing other persons by means of sound, light, mechanical, electronic, etc. If the quiet is violated, the hotel will involve security personnel or the police, if necessary. The staff may also ask the guest(s) to leave the hotel and its territory. In case of departure, the guest is obliged to pay for the booked accommodation and additional services ordered. In case of violation of the quiet, the hotel has the right to charge a fine of at least 50 € for each call, depending on the level of the violation.
GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE:
As our guest, you assume responsibility and obligation to comply with the established rules. You are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally by you or your companion in the hotel room or in the hotel’s common areas. The hotel has the right to demand compensation for material damage caused by the client. The amount of compensation for damage is based on the direct damage caused, plus the costs of eliminating the damage.
