How clay heating works
In clay heating, preheated clay pouches are placed on the back, shoulder, hips or knees as indicated. It is a deep warming treatment that improves blood supply to tissues and reduces pain.
INDICATIONS:
chronic joint and nerve inflammation, muscle tension.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
acute inflammation, post-trauma, pregnancy.
