The procedures for the conduct of the campaign are set out by the Campaign Promoter in these rules. All decisions of the Campaign Promoter in the conduct of the Campaign are final and binding on all participants in the Campaign.

To participate in the campaign and win the prizes, you must buy at least 1 TSILK product from any shop, pharmacy or e-shop and register your voucher on www.spavarska.ee/tsilk. The proof of purchase must be kept until the end of the campaign, as the cheque or invoice number is the basis for claiming the prize. There is no limit on the total number of purchases per participant.

All product purchases made between 02.01.2024 and 15.02.2024 and for which the voucher is registered on www.spavarska.ee/tsilk are eligible.

3 x TSILK trio pack of mineral lotions (3x 30ml)

All campaign participants who register their voucher at www.spavarska.ee/tsilk will be entered into a prize draw. The prizes will be drawn from the shopping vouchers received throughout the period.

The winners will be drawn no later than 20.02.2024 and all winners will be contacted by Värska Vara OÜ via the e-mail that you enclosed when registering your voucher. Please be sure to enter your valid e-mail address. If the winner is unavailable (does not reply to an email) within 10 working days, they will forfeit their prize.

Prizes will be awarded to winners until 15.03.2024. The winning TSILK sprinkle trio packs will be sent to the winners via Itella Smartpost parcel machines. The grand prize gift voucher will be sent electronically to the winner’s e-mail address. All prize collection arrangements will be made with the winner by email prior to prize dispatch.

The prize won will not be substituted by another prize or reimbursed in cash. The winner has the right to withdraw from the prize by notifying the Promoter in writing. In this case, a new winner will be drawn.

The personal data required to run the campaign will only be used for the purpose of prize draw and delivery. The data will be kept for three months after the draw and then deleted.

All disputes arising out of the Campaign will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Taxes related to the awarding of prizes are paid by the Organiser.

The Promoter unilaterally reserves the right to suspend the Promotion and discontinue the award of prizes in the event of forcemajeure, by immediately notifying the participants via www.spavarska.ee/tsilk and social media.
