The aim of the social rehabilitation service is to teach and develop a person’s everyday coping skills, increase opportunities for participation in social life, support learning and prepare for employment.
Through this service, the person and their family learn how to better cope with special needs in everyday life due to their health condition.

1) Social rehabilitation

The social rehabilitation service is intended to support people with disabilities and/or limited work capacity in coping with everyday life.

The social rehabilitation service is mediated by the Social Insurance Board.

AS Värska Sanatoorium has been providing social rehabilitation services since May 2005.

2) Workfield rehabilitation

is intended for people of working age with reduced work capacity.
Workfield rehabilitation services are intended for people aged 16 to old-age pension age and these services are provided by the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
