Aromatherapy massage is an ideal relaxing treatment for stress
Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing massage with a blend of essential oils. Aromatherapy massage is suitable for relaxation, ideal in case of fatigue and stress.
Mthe massage technique includes slow and soothing stroking movements. Aromatherapy massage calms, lifts the mood, strengthens the immune system, stimulates the body, improves concentration, improves blood circulation and lymphatic function, helps against fatigue, exhaustion and mood swings, promotes good sleep, helps the body to get rid of waste products, relieves muscle tension, pain, including headaches, relieves age-related ailments and cellulite.
The aromatherapy massage uses 100% natural oils (from the German manufacturer PINO). There are three oil blends to choose from, with the following effects:
ACTIVITY – Massage Oil Orange Lemongrass (blend of orange and lemongrass oils): refreshing, invigorating, extra energy.
BALANCE – Massage Oil Mother of Pearl (a blend of coconut, jojoba, soybean oils containing bioactive calcium, amino acids and microelements): cleansing, vitality, harmony.
PEACE – Massage Oil Wild Rose (wild rose oil): perfect relaxation, relaxation, sensuality.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
hyperthyroidism, fever, fractures of bones, severe heart disease, acute inflammatory diseases, before or after heavy alcohol intake, three months after surgery, no use of citrus essential oils before tanning, pregnancy, menstruation.
