To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines when staying with a pet:

Your pet must be healthy, vaccinated, and clean.

In public areas, please keep your pet on a leash and under your supervision at all times.

If your pet is left alone in the room, please hang the sign “Pet in Room” on the door.

Please be considerate of other guests and avoid excessive noise or disturbance.

Cleaning your pet’s paws in the room is naturally allowed, and a separate towel for drying paws is provided in the room. However, for washing your pet, we kindly ask you to use suitable washing areas outside the hotel room.

To help keep the rooms fresh and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets do not sleep in the bed.

When going to breakfast or visiting the restaurant, please leave your pet in the hotel room.

In case of any accidents or damage, please inform the staff immediately.

Please clean up after your pet during walks.

If you would like room cleaning service, please inform the reception in advance.
