PET OWNER’S GOOD PRACTICE
To help prevent complaints from other hotel guests, please follow these rules when staying with a pet:
- Pets must be vaccinated and free of fleas and ticks.
- The hotel has the right to refuse accommodation for a pet if its size, behavior, or other factors may pose a risk to other guests, staff, or hotel property.
- Pets must not be left unattended in public areas.
- If a pet is left alone in the room, please hang a “Pet in the Room” sign on the corridor-side door handle and inform the reception. For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to keep your pet in a cage when leaving the room, if possible.
- Washing pets in the shower is strictly prohibited. Only paw cleaning is allowed. Please use the designated towel in the room for drying paws.
- Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bed.
- When walking your pet, please use a leash. Pet waste must be placed in a bag and disposed of in the nearest general waste bin.
- Please walk your pet outside the parking area.
- Indoors, please avoid grooming or cleaning your pet whenever possible.
- Please do not bring your pet to the swimming pool area or to Lahe Resto in the Sanatorium when going for breakfast or dining.
- Pets are only allowed in the hotel room where they are registered.
- The hotel has the right to ask the owner to leave the hotel, if the pet disturbs other guests.
- The hotel has the right to charge for any damage caused by the pet (including the cost of special cleaning).
- Please contact reception to arrange a suitable time for room cleaning. Whenever possible, we kindly ask you to follow the standard housekeeping schedule.
We wish you a pleasant stay with your companion!
