Part A of the hotel was renovated in 2020, the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of part B of the hotel and the suites were renovated in 2016-2024. The 3rd floor of part B was renovated in March 2025.
The hotel has 6 floors and there is an elevator in the building.
Wi-Fi is available in the hotel, leisure center and Lahe Resto.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

The room size is approximately 12 square meters. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk, a TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a shower and toilet. Most rooms have a balcony with a stunning view of Lake Lämmijärv.

Our hotel is smoke-free, smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony and at the front door. There is a special ventilated smoking room on the 1st floor of the catering and leisure center, the outdoor smoking area is 50 m to the left of the main entrance – away from public walkways and windows.
