The hotel allows accommodation with pets in designated rooms. Two twin rooms with separate beds (the beds cannot be pushed together) are available for accommodation with pets. These are windowless rooms with natural light coming through a skylight tunnel.

The Näki café in the Värska Water Center offers a daily steak and other light refreshments. A decent buffet meal is available three times a day in the Sanatorium Lahe Resto, which is located a pleasant healing walk from the Water Center Hotel (300 m). At Lahe Resto, you can also pay for meal on the spot in cash or by card.
