Part A of the hotel was renovated in 2020, the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of part B of the hotel and the suites were renovated in 2016-2024. The 3rd floor of part B was renovated in March 2025.
The hotel has 6 floors and there is an elevator in the building.
Wi-Fi is available in the hotel, leisure center and Lahe Resto.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Family rooms are either one-room or two-room – two rooms connected by a connecting door. Family rooms have three or four comfortable beds, a desk, a TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and shower rooms and toilets. Most family rooms have a balcony with a stunning view of Lake Lämmijärv.

Our hotel is smoke-free, smoking is strictly prohibited on the balcony and at the front door. There is a special ventilated smoking room on the 1st floor of the catering and leisure center, the outdoor smoking area is 50 m to the left of the main entrance – away from public walkways and windows.
