Water gymnastics is refreshing and stimulative. Water gymnastics is suitable for all - for young and old and for those who feel that regular gymnastics are too complicated. You feel light in water and get a decent training experience in shorter time and trouble. Water gymnastics improves your mood, mobility of joints and muscles, helps to lose weight. You don't have to know how to swim. The exercise is for all muscle groups and easier coordination, stretching and relaxation exercises are done.
