Vacation doesn't have to be inactive. An effective way to recover from work stress is to be physically active. Moderate physical activity keeps both mind and body fresh. Värska water park's gym and full-size 25-metre long pool with three lanes welcome both amateurs and professional athletes. That way our guest don't have to miss any training day even when on vacation.

A good morning swim wakes up the body and mind. Warm up before exercises can be done on running tracks, stationary bicycles or rowing machines for 10 to 15 minutes after that move on with exercises. After the first warm up, beginners are advised to start their weight training by doing series of lifting light weights as an additional warm up. Stretching and relaxing after finishing exercises should definitely belong to every routine. Gym's stand contains some sample exercise routines for both men and women.
