Based on Estonian Centre of Excellence in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation study in 2012-2014 Värska's treatment procedures are the most effective amongst Estonian treatment spas. The participants of the study confirmed that the effect of at least a 6-day spa treatment was noticeable even after six months. Attention!
