The package gives an opportunity for a quick recovery with sanatorium's best treatment procedures. We definitely recommend to try our unique mineral water baths, mud baths and hand massage.
Based on Estonian Centre of Excellence in Health Promotion and Rehabilitation study in 2012-2014 Värska's treatment procedures are the most effective amongst Estonian treatment spas. The participants of the study confirmed that the effect of at least a 6-day spa treatment was noticeable even after six months.
